Delivery costs

First things first:

We ship all standard products, which you can order directly in the shop, free of charge!

Shipping costs may apply for customised products. You will receive a quote from us in advance for customised products.


Delivery area

The dispatch of our goods is limited to Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Italy and Luxembourg.

Delivery to other EU countries is possible by prior arrangement and for an additional charge. You are welcome to contact us in this regard.


Delivery to Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend that you use the MeinEinkauf.ch service. All customs formalities and delivery to your front door will then be taken care of by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee. The best way to do this is to register with MeinEinkauf.ch before you register.

Important information on delivery:

Delivery by parcel service:

As soon as your order has been handed over to the parcel service, we will send you a tracking number for your order. You can use this to track the delivery status.

Delivery by forwarding agent:

As soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier, we will send you a tracking number for your order. The forwarding agent will also contact you by telephone 1-2 days before the planned delivery and inform you of the exact delivery date.

Please ensure that you can be reached during the day on the telephone number given when placing the order so that the appointment can be coordinated smoothly.

In rare cases, the haulage company may deliver the goods with a "large" vehicle (articulated lorry or trailer).

If this is not possible, please let us know in good time (directly when ordering)! We will then take this into account when registering the transport.

In the event of non-compliance, we may have to charge you for any additional costs incurred.

Please also note that storage costs may be incurred if the delivery is postponed and that we will also have to charge these additional costs in the event of a second journey (if you were not on site despite making an appointment).


Delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on the item.

We would therefore ask you to refer to the item description for the respective delivery time. The stated delivery time is only a guideline. In the case of delivery by a forwarding agent, the forwarding agent will contact you in advance and agree an exact date with you.

For orders with the payment method "prepayment", the specified delivery time only applies from the day of receipt of payment!

Please note that there is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.


Payment options

You can choose between the following payment options:

  • Payment with PayPal
  • Prepayment by bank transfer with 2% discount
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)


For all payment options, we will issue the invoice with the delivery of the goods.
